Standing 1.65 metres (5.5 feet) tall and weighing around 32 kilograms (70 pounds), Moya has been designed with proportions close to those of an adult human. DroidUp also states that the robot maintains a body temperature between 32 and 36 degrees Celsius (89.6°F and 96.8°F), a detail intended to enhance its lifelike presence during interaction.
RoboHorizon also reports that Moya features a modular design, allowing its external appearance to be customised without altering the underlying mechanical structure.
DroidUp is not presenting Moya solely as a domestic robot. According to SCMP, the company envisions the humanoid being used across healthcare, education, and other commercial environments where human-robot interaction plays a central role.
1) this definitely won't do what they say it can do
2) this definitely will do what they won't say it can do

The history of the refrigerator, and how the person who started the business of hauling natural ice to the cities started out and badmouthed machines for making ice once they became available.

I also learnt that the reason we call it "iceberg salad" is because they were kept fresh in ice.

It's actually your mom
"fermionic dark matter" - somehow it seems like the central facts of this new idea somehow got dropped in translation from the scientific paper to the news article. Fermions is the category of most regular particles like protons, electons, neutrons, neutrinos etc. They probably did not want to say that the inferred dark matter that so strangely behaves differently from normal matter is just regular normal matter.

But there is a new idea about dark matter every three months and usually nothing comes from it, so i am not tracking the original source.

...do the kids even play "Dozens" anymore?
Unfortunately no; we've gone way past the art of creative insults and just jumped to violence. Gone are the days when mothers were "so [something]" that people got humiliated, but lived to insult another day. Today? "Your mama's so fat, you'll be an active shooter by the time I finish this sent..."

Actually learned a few weeks ago, and should maybe be in gaming buuut...

Warcraft was originally going to be a Warhammer game, but ... StarCraft was originally intended to be Star Wars, not 40K. Was put off by a terrible game about Yoda that came out early In development.

Huh, a lot of the units (looking mostly, but not exclusively, at the Zerg) look rather 40k. Interestingly, 40k then borrowed from the Zerg, the Hydralisks seem to be the inspiration for the Raveners, which came later.

Not saying they didn't take inspiration from 40K, that's just the way humans work, but in the early stages, it was going to be Star Wars.

It's very early on, first 10 mins or so

I am learning that my 40 year old body cannot be thrown into the rigours of Jujitsu again after a ten year lapse in regular training without some serious complaints from middle management. In this case, middle management is my back xD

Metal Gear Solid 2 ages like fine wine.
Everyone withdraws into their own small gated community, afraid of a larger forum. They stay inside their little ponds, leaking whatever "truth" suits them into the growing cesspool of society at large. The different cardinal truths neither clash nor mesh. No one is invalidated, but nobody is right. Not even natural selection can take place here. The world is being engulfed in "truth."

Comedy skit show In Living Color is the reason why the modern Superbowl Halftime Show is this big entertainment event rather than just a break.

Please explain this.
Ok, so the half-time show used to be stuff like marching bands because the NFL liked to keep it cheap. But while people stayed on the channel airing the superbowl, few actually cared about the show. Take a piss, grab a drink and snacks. You know, break time.

Then in 1992 Fox commissioned the Wayans to do a special episode of In Living Color to be aired live during the halftime show as counterprogramming. And it worked like gangbusters, and like 25 million people switched to Fox to watch the special instead of the halftime show, a 22% reduction in viewership.

The NFL saw that shit. Didn't like it. The next year they booked Michael Jackson, and the rest is history
