What if...

Obesity was a communicable disease? Like it could be spread by coughing on someone.

Since I'm genetically immune to obesity I wouldn't care much, but it'd be really disgusting to have people coughing at me to try to make me fat, and since they are trying to make you fat I would assume that what they are secreting is some sort of rapidly expanding mutant fat, well that's disgusting.

I would run away from them which would have the combined effect of me not getting fat and burning off any fat they spread to me in the brief moment of contact.

you had better be prepared to run for 60% of the day. They' probably have to quarantine America,Autralia and some other place that's just as obese but doesn't have a 24 hour news program.

Guh reminds me of one of the monsters from panty an stocking. It took the form of an obese woman with giant tubes of some kind of weird fattening paste from it's... chest area.
