What if I started reviewing movies or video game or music videos would you read it or is there already to many out there for me to even bother?

Also do you think I should do videos for my reviews or write about them?

There is always room for more user reviews on the Escapist. And there are a few users who help anyone who makes them. Dunno if I'd watch them or not. Depends what the content is, to be honest.
Not sure if I've seen anyone review music videos before...
And as for the format, I think you should write them, and if you feel like it, perhaps add a little video at the end.

I don't read reviews. The only opinion that matters to me is my own.

Go for it though. Nothings stopping you.

videos seem to be more popular seeing as written reviews can have a lot of words (i did a review of The Dark and had no responses at all possibly due to no-one wanting to spend ages reading it) whereas a video can put all those words into a smaller time frame.

Why don't you just try it and find out?

I dunno if I'd read or watch because I don't know if you're funny or not.

I'd try it out. Everyone deserves a shot, so I'd imagine you'd get plenty of views from people seeing if you are good at it. If you aren't, then expect criticism. However, if you are good then you may receive great fortunes... or at least a lot of views in the future.
