Witch: Noun. A fictitious agent capable of feats that defy the laws of physics. Usually in the form of a woman; male equivalent often called a warlock. Origin of said powers plays a part in said definition. The origin of the individuals power is often of classically considered "evil", usually in the form of a pact with demons, devils, ghosts, etc.

Alternately:

Witch: Noun. An agent capable of anything used in arguments about Occams Razor.

Alternately:

Witch: Noun, Slang. An undesirable woman.

Not telling your gender? I'm guessing female. No other reason to not tell on a forum populated by males.
Oh, there are plenty of other reasons to maintain an ambiguous gender. I don't care what people think, as long as they're perpetually confused. :D
Lol. It won't work on me. You're now officially a girl. True or not and whether you like it or not.
Think what you like, with your crossdressing Cloud Strife and all. :p
Hey. Could was a very handsome lady. Classy, too. You're just jealous.

And I don't know who your avatar is. I thought it was Nami from One Piece, but a quick search revealed that her eyes aren't blue.

Female: 22-30

Definition 1: A follower of Wicca

Definition 2: A person, more notably female, that is adept at the art of "black" magic attained through ill means i.e. pact with a demon etc. They will often have some kind of pet familiar.

That was very brief and as a fantasy enthusiast I could have given pages and pages on what is a "witch" and how they differ to other magic users. Also, I'd just like to note my second definition has no bearing on the first. One is reality and the other is not.

I'm not saying he wasn't. Cloud was a very beautiful/handsome lady.

It's Rena Ryuugu from something called Higurashi.

A witch is a hideous, green skinned hag (usually with a wart on her large nose) who can do magic and ride broomsticks. She also has bad hair, really skinny legs and always wears a pointed hat. Her companion is usually a skinny black cat.

lol, jk

A witch a just a female person who can perform magic, can have any physical appearance and their familiar, if they have one, can be anything.

How do you not apply to any of the age groups, when the age groups cover 0-everything?
I have been for both longer than you can imagine and never.

Yeah, but if we're being honest, that one scene would be a hard sell in a remake. He's was just too sexy. Or something like that.

Ah. It's from an anime/game series (thank God for Google). I figured it was from an anime, but just didn't know which one.

Anyway, we should probably stop here before we get into trouble for being off topic.

Male, 30+.

Witches existed as long as we kept burning them. Other than that, it's a woman conspiring with the Devil to cause damage to others who would net a one-way trip to the nearest Inquisition dungeon.

In almost anything relating to fantasy (or the current holiday): A female spellcaster, typically one with some stereotypical trappings like a broom for flying or a pointy hat.

Real world: A practitioner of Wicca, more often used by someone who's not a member of the faith. (IMHO)

Memes: Marisa Kirisame, of course.:)

(My vital stats? 32 year old male.)

A witch - to me - is one of two things.
Eiter, a mythological creature of sorts: A human being with magical powers and a tendency to release these powers by means of magical brews.
Or, a regular person: Someone who practices a religion that concentrates on spirituality in nature and the occult.

Well I'd say a female who practices witchcraft, I'd also like to add that IMO a witch is only a myth, a fairytale so I wouldn't call a real breathing person a real witch unless I found a woman who can actually turn me into a frog with magic. How to explain better... I mean I can describe what a Minotaur is, but just because a real person would dress up as one he'd still not be one. Same goes for people who do witchcraft, they can pretend all they want but they'll never become real witches.

I am aware that there are these movements of young girls who like to call themselves witches, but I find them silly, a much more fitting description would be attention seeking hipsters. Again, if one of these so called witches read my words and take offense, I don't care because you can't do anything.

Female, b) 16-21

Witch has several different meanings. (Duh.)

-a sinister magical woman, often found in fairy tales (think Snow White). the real-life version would be the "witches" thought to be in league with the devil that were reviled in medieval times up to...well, whenever people stopped hanging/burning these women (and men) :(

-a nefarious woman. used as an insult. "You witch!" funnily enough, could be replaced with "*****."

-a female who practices witchcraft/magic and/or harnesses supernatural powers and elements. there are modern witches today. there are witches in media (go Hermione!). this proves that "witch" can have positive meanings, although admittedly they're not as common as the negative ones.
