So, Dragonborn looks kinda interesting. I'll probably still wait for the GOTYE to come out before I get it...but is it more like the Shivering Isles or more like Dawnguard in it's content?

How is everyone finding it so far?

More like Shivering Isles for sure. It's got more than enough content to warrant the price tag. I have a full written review up in the User Review section of the site if you want to see my complete analysis :D

I hear it's more like the Elder Scrolls that I used to know...

A friend of mine supposedly completed the main quest line in 2 hours and said there wasn't that much to explore.

So far the response seems to be extremely positive, with many saying it is on par with Shivering Isles, although both packs have got their own strengths and faults. Shivering Isles was fairly large, but it didn't add much in terms of weapons/armor/equipment crap and just like in Oblivion, many locations lacked features that could make them stand out. Dragonborn adds a smaller landmass, has got an underdeveloped antagonist, and a short main atoryline (shorter than Dawnguard), but its side-quests are supposedly fantastic, it is challenging, it's got some fantastic minor characters (some of which also appeared in Morrowind), it adds large amounts of lore on subjects that previously left us in the dark, and has got better dungeon design.

My biggest complaint with Dragonborn is that it currently isn't available for the PC.

The Raven Rock questline is especially good. It was very reminiscent of a good ol' fashioned Morrowind questline (though shorter).
