I always take the disc out of my Xbox 360/Wii when I stop playing. I read somewhere that that's better than leaving the disc in the console when it's not in use, for some reason.

No games in my 360, due to me watching Firefly then lending it to a friend, but the last one I played was Oblivion, and the last disc in there was Firefly: The Complete series disc 1.
And in my DS, Final Fantasy III.
And in my PC, no discs due to me buying most of my games on Steam, and the others being no-disc-needed, but last played was Team Fortress 2.

Chrono Trigger in the DS Lite and Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition in the Wii. My GBA SP's at my cousin' house and hopefully still has Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga in. The Gamecube and N64 are in storage.
