Some purely subjective moral point of view. Seriously, who decides what is good or bad in the first place?
Justice isn't a point of view, it's simply a practice and a belief that good and bad deeds should ne rewarded or punished.

It does not state what actions constitute as good or evil, just that there should be consequences for them.
Yeah, but justice without moral values is nothing. Justice without right or wrong knows no practice.
But how do we know whats right or wrong, nowadays the right thing is the one which most people prefer and the bad being the least liked

Let's imagine a situation. You fall and break a leg. If someone helps you get up and get to the hospital, he gets respected for his selflesness. If someone comes along and stomps on your face because he is a douchebag, he gets punished for hurting you just out of his malevolence. Good people get something for their effort, bad people do not get away with immoral actions. Simple as that.

This practical demonstration is not elegant or all-encompassing, but this is my view on justice. Of course i use concepts of good and evil, but again, in this particular situation they can't really be called "subjective".

Our idea of justice is wrong.

A man kills 10 people? He's insane, give him three months of therapy
A man rapes and kills little girls? His parents didn't love him enough, 6 months in an Asylum
A man tortures and kills animals? Who cares? They're animals! $20 000 fine.

Fuck I hate people. I think i'll go kill myself now.

I'd say that task falls upon an omnipotent being.

Sadly, I haven't yet been recognized for my glorious godhood.
I recognise you, Hubilub!

True, but justice is not the same as the moral system itself. Just the practice of upholding moral values in general.

In this I must agree with you.
