I think it's a Bostonian accent, to be perfectly honest. It might change in the future, but right now I think the previous video makes a pretty strong case. What do you think, Escapists? POST EVIDENCE!

I think it's pretty lucky it didn't turn out to be a fuckin' Chinese sub, bro.

Best as in how?

Best to hear? That would be Australian.

Sexiest? That would be French.

Errmm....can't post my evidence for this one as it would undoubtedly get me banned. I'll just say a name: Angell Summers. Do with it what you will. :p

Silliest? Well that would of course be British.

I don't have any particular evidence but I've always enjoyed the Irish accent.

A redheaded Irish lass?

As a Mancunian myself I'm obviously biased towards this accent:

And as I inwardly cringe every single time someone uses the phrase "British accent" as if there's just one accent, here's an awesomely quick tour around some of the different accents in the UK (it's extra awesome for completely avoiding the Midlands where people talk like Ozzy Osbourne!):

I have recently found myself enjoying the Scottish accent. I believe the Glaswegian accent in particular (though I'm not going to claim any great knowledge of the differing accents of Scotland). There's just something, I don't know, pleasantly rough about it.

The smexy one!

Other than that, Suzaku's accent as showcased in the video under the spoiler...
It's like you can kick down turrets with that voice...

I'm personally quite partial to a nice Russian accent, or at least what passes for a Russian accent in American media.

Apparently this is a real one, and I love it.

And I like other Eastern European accents in general.

I also like most of the accents I've heard from the British Isles (although some of the regional English ones can be, uh, unpleasant to listen to). A Welsh accent, and the Welsh language, is great to listen to.

Also just a note, I'm Australian and I think the Australian accent is horrible. I don't notice it in my day to day life, but when I hear it next to an American accent or English accent I'm just like "I can't believe I sound like that".

Obviously it's Morgan Freeman's accent. Even the characters he plays swoon over it.

Boom-mike-guy is totally spellbound too.
