Rock Band 2, Visions, Expert, if you mean "done" as in "completed". Otherwise "Through the Fire and Flames" on Expert Guitar Hero III.

The trading quest for Biggoron's Sword in Ocarina of Time was pretty hard to do, I almost didn't make it to the end. But now I has a biiiiiiig sword... Too bad the game is completed and I have nothing to use it on...

There was an extremely crap Batman game that had a puzzle that I still couldn't do after ten fucking tries. I hate that game

Getting 30 more kills than anyone else in a online deathmatch on resistance 1.(harder than it sounds) Getting a 90% on TtFaF on expert with hyperspeed on 5. Beating DMC 3 on dante must die mode while only using Ebony and Ivory and Rebellion, with no style moves. I have more but i don't feel like listing them.

the thing that i bloody hated was the dancing thing in GTA:SA, which you need to do top complete the storyline(one of the first missions), I always ended like 5 points under the needed amount. Then a friend came over and completed it in 2 min. But the jumping and dodging laser beams in DMC 4 is my alltime nemesis, I have no problem with any game(as far as I know), but that thing hates me, DMC is not made for jumping its a fighting game and after many tideous hours of trying finding out that 3 levels later you need to do the same course backwards in a certain bloody time !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That last boss on Final Fantasy X, I had to go completely all out to defeat it(Use all summons and items) you finally think you've killed it and then IT GETS BACK UP WITH DOUBLE ITS ORIGINAL HEALTH. Anyways I didn't play it ever again after that.

Oh, I almost forgot about Mariokart Wii. If someone had told me how hard it was to unlock everything (Time Trials, Mirrored stage tournaments) I never would have bought it. Don't be fooled by the cute graphics that game has the most extreme catch-up A.I. iv'e ever seen.

Kick Me sign Challenge on God Hand. that extra soundtrack was such a crappy reward.

Titan mode on God of War 2. Some of the bosses and the path to Clotho were a *****.

Still can't get past level 5 on Ikaruga though..

Alright, then when I rolled 1 and 3 in an Acrobatics roll in D&D. My dies love me. Basically, it looked like a jumping session from Prince of Persia: T2T.
1 and 3... wouldn't that leave you all, splattered and what not?
In the games I play, Resistance checks are above of the Resistance scores you wrote, whilst Ability checks are below your Ability score.

Edit: So that would mean I scored pretty high, since my Dexterity (or Agility) is 18.

All the schools in GTA:SA with gold medals, that was the most frustrating part of getting 100% completion in the game. And afterwards I learned that this is not even necessary to get 100%.

Hrm... Prolly Halo and Halo 2 on legendary...
I just don't get that much joy out of painfully difficult things.

Frets on Fire for death metal songs at amazing difficulty.

The list goes on...

Completing all veteran missions on World at War. There were times I wanted to throw my PS3 out of the window.

Completing the 19th level on Portal. That hurt my noggin.
