how has no one mentioned Bone Town? it's an enjoyable game to begin with the combat (pretty great design for a porno game) and rpg elements (mostly collecting weapons and power up items(drugs)), and then when you heal by having sex with women (controlling your performance during the sex decides how much health you recover), it's just good times all around.

i don't know if the OP was looking for like, most sexual non-porn games, but Bone Town definitely takes the cake in this topic if it falls under acceptable parameters for consideration
