What is the numerical value of an "ass load"?

So? What is it? Above 50? Somewhere near 20? Does it even have an equivilant value? Does it vary from job to job, person to person? Does someone's laziness weigh in on it? Let the internets know your theories!

*In case anyone is curious, I was just pondering this earlier when I had an "ass load" of work to do for my father today.

Ass load is context sensitive. You may have an ass load of pencils say 100-200 pencils, but if you went to lets say a sporting event and there was only 100-200 people that is not an ass load,(unless its a little league game).

Depends. It's context sensitive as someone already pointed out.

I think it is definitely below a fuck load though.

As stated before, somewhere between a shit load and a fuck ton.

I was always told that it was more then a butt load of monkeys but never quite as much as a 3 dollar bill.

About 6.5 shit loads.
This is why ass standard will never replace metric. 6.5 shit tons to one ass load and such nonsense is to hard to remember.

Let us define a "normal load" as X
It can be assumed that an "ass load" (or "ass-load" or "assload", however you prefer) is greater than X. Let "ass load" be defined as Y.
Thus, if an ass load is greater than a normal load, surely Y > X.
However, it is important to point out that an ass load is SIGNIFICANTLY more than a normal load.
Let us say an ass load is twice as much as a normal load.
Thus, Y = 2X, or Y/2 = X

An ass load is twice as much as what is sufficient.

Pretty much this, although most of the time it's a nice place holder for any really, really, large number if you don't need to be precise.

I think an ass can carry about 150 lbs. of dead weight, so about that much.

(I might not be the first person to say this)
An assload is an actual unit of measurement, and alot of you are going to facepalm when you see this.
An assload is how much a mule can carry.

Rick's Ass Load Theorem: Ass Load = (Necessary Amount)^3e * 2pi* Fuckin Shit / (ArcSin of Ass Circumference)
but the numerical value follows an unpredictable logarithmic pattern once the Ass Load falls below a Shit Load or above a Fuck Ton ie:
for all Values of Ass Load where (Shit Load < Ass Load < Fuck Ton) then equation A holds true

I think were looking at this the wrong way. Instead of context, or compared to other 'x loads', shouldn't we be figuring out what is being used as the load? Wouldn't that make a huge difference, and make this easier to solve? Just sayin'.

An ass load is whatever a donkey can carry.
