What is the Rarest Game You Own?

I own Banjo-Kazooie, Banjo-Tooie, and Donkey Kong 64 for the N64, all very 'Rare' games.

Mine would have to be the Pacman video game for the PSOne, but no ordinary Pacman, it was in 3D!
You navigated around different worlds trying to save Mrs. Pacman. It was actually incredibly fun.
But when my PSOne broke, and I got a new one, I was never able to play it again, I never knew why.

It's a tossup between Ehrgeiz and Xenogears (both PS1 titles) for me. I know both are extremely hard to find, and it was sheer luck I ever found either of them in a brick-and-mortar store many years after the halcyon days of the PS1 had ended.
