Oh god, here in the UK, in the community I'm in, the Lotus servers have a reputation for being fairly nooby, but that...AHAHAHAHAAAAAAA! Oh, I'm gonna show that to a mate of mine, he'll fucking love it. Was this US Lotus servers by any chance, or UK?

OT: This was awhile ago, so I may not remember this correctly, but whilst playing Halo: Reach I got team killed by the same person twice in a row, seemed to be by accident both times, so I let it slide. I accidentally team kill him, insta-kicked. -_-
