How about two worlds? Graphics that look like they came straight out of the 60's. Sound effects like a broken car horn and gameplay like a dog with rabies

Okay, how shall I put this? People getting bent out of shape over an Atari game, your vote does not friggin' count. Those games are far too old to be a proper comparison of gameplay. And while I'm at it, I have nothing against Doom either. (I am, in fact, an incurable fan of violence.) But here's the problem with this thread. If you've played bad games, then you didn't do your research. That's just how it is.

I have said it before, and I will say it again, Lost Planet.
At least there was a hot female character, never played big rigs?

If not, YOU'RE WINNER!

I really don't think that Lost Planet was THAT bad.

It wasn't amazing, but I didn't totally hate it. There's definitely worse games out there.

Yeah, that game was pretty nasty... I still wouldn't rate it the worst game I've ever played. I'd probably choose Simpsons: Road Rage. Or Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb, or maybe Robot Wars: Arena's of Destruction. Man, I own a lot of bad games.
Haha! Your not the only one to suffer from the first and last game. I thought the idea behind Robot Wars (The Game) was great, it's just I couldn't stand:
A.) Philippa Forrester's "tutorials" during the menu screens for the umpteenth time. (Note, "Umpteenth" is actually in the FireFox British English Dictionary.)
B.) The House Robots were a little too easy to beat when one puts enough thought in them.
C.) No Fur iirc, how was I supposed to recreate Nemesis...?
D.) Some of the Maps were a bit too ridiculously difficult for me and were awfully expensive just to "pay" for them as well...

most 3d sonic games and just about every movie or tv based game that i played other than some starwars games
If you changed the options so that the characters speak Japanese, then Sonic Adventure 1&2 are well good in my opinion.

Worst has got to be Superman 64. Euuughh
Yeah, I had the misfortune of playing that game once. It still stings a little.

There was an Alone in the Dark on the PS1 if memory serves me correctly. Imagine Resident Evil one with worst voice acting, even more clunky controls, weapons that shoot styrofoam bullets, and the inability to see a damn thing for most the game (not counting the enemies but the actual environments in general, finding your objective was never easy.)

The worst game I've ever played is Halo. If I'm allowed to add more games, Halo 2 and 3. People keep trying to make me like the Halo games, but the attacks are futile.

Custard's Last Stand

just for tasteless offensiveness. i remember just laughing out of sheer shock that anybody would even invest a single day towards developing that game.
Is that sort of a "veggie-tales" knock off, or was it "Custers Last Stand? I'm just curious.

For me, I'd have to say, Kengo: Ledgend of the 9. That game was so bad that I felt totally embarassed trading it in at Gamestop. Matter of fact, the Gamestop employee gave me some grief for it. That day, I brought great shame upon my family :(

I always seem to buy the very worst version of a game.

I mean, I played Spider-Man 2....for the PC.

Not only that, but I actually got pretty far into King Kong...for the DS.

I can't believe I put myself through such atrocities.
