Ed Balls, who is the Minister for Education (or something along those lines) in the UK. Ironic really, when his school life must have been terrible. Ed Balls, everyone must have bullied him for that.

My high school world civilization teacher was cursed with the name Richard Ryder. Its no wonder he never went by Dick.

So that's where the name "Dick" comes from. I seriously don't understand how you get Dick from Richard...or why anyone would go by Dick.
