What is this dollars-bbs.org?

I received a message in my inbox from a user who only just started today. It was some kind of spam I guess, telling me to enter the address above and input the following password: Baccano (yes, like the anime).

Anyone else receive it? Any idea what it is?

Well, I checked it out - seems to be some kind of message board. What it has to do with the anime though is anyone's guess.

I received the same invite. It's based off an anime called Durarara. It looks quite accurate to the show.

Edit: Apparently Durarara was made by the same guy that did 'Baccano'.
