There appers to be a meme circulating the Escapist. A proliferation of 'Ask a ____' threads. How did this start?
For proper discussion, ask questions about..say..Throw in a question towards any country, and see if it gets answered.

It started with 'Ask a Cop' and multiplied from there, as far as I can tell.
Then a lot more sprang up today.
oh and general question to anyone from any country: Do you support Unification?

Apparently some people think they're clever by posting every single possible version.

There were a few good ones back when it first started, from what I hear.
I myself never payed attention to any of them. As soon as one starts up, four more appear within the next hour.
Just ignore them until the fad blows over.

Strange how it seems to be a strange amount of these kinds of threads just now. I think this is the second thread today that question these threads.

Its started in the before time, the long long ago.

Ace of Something made a thread "Ask a police officer", which was really really succesful and people saw that success and because we measure our self worth by the amount of replies our threads get then lots of threads trying to emulate Ace's success sprang forth.
