That crap has been happening to me for the past two days and I tried finding out what was wrong no luck. I even thought about contacting a moderator to shed some light onto the problem. I only hope it fixes soon.

What does annoy me, though, it's how the forums are taking ages to update after I post. My post does show on the thread itself but on the thread list, it says there's nothing new, even if someone posted after me!
