What is your dream game?

A standard game like MW or Halo but with awesome creative tools for designing levels. And one were you can play against AI bots in these custom-made maps. So basically an updated Timesplitters with a map creator somewhere between that of Far-Cry and the Oblivion construction set.

Morrowind with a more complex combat system that actually takes skill and a working multiplayer element that would allow people to compete for the guild ranks and such. Also put in some strategy elements (kinda like Mount&Blade) where the high ranking people could order guards and soldiers to attack cities or guilds and other players could join in for extra points. Give me this with good graphics (and preferably no loading times 
) and I'll play it until I die.

An 8-12 hour single player game with compelling story and narrative that is well polished and full of interesting ideas that I wouldn't have thought of.
Well I could go on about what would make my dream game great but thanks to Sudo 51 I don't have to courtesy of the fact that my dream game or games is both no more heroes games.
GTA but first person with a 250km^2 map and zombies. You have to find food and water lest you starve to death (think fallout NV) you can raid stores or plant it yourself. Full day night cycle with real time weather. Players chose from different classes (mechanics/military/police/farmer/doctor etc.) and align themselves with different factions. They can set up safe houses in buildings by barricading the place and repairing damaged areas. Factions would war over resources. It would have damn good physics and be pretty realistic. Oh and did I forget to mention it'd be an MMO without turn-based play (A real time shooter) and a monthly fee of $5 bucks.

A game where you run around as a scientist fighting off zombies, aliens, and soldiers in a laboratory with a lot of guns, a special suit of armor, and a crowbar.
An Assassin's Creed sequel where you control a ninja would be a fun one, but really my dream game...?

KOTOR with occaisional sections where the game completely switches to Jet Set Radio Future and you have to control your KOTOR character while skating around a stage from that game and sometimes it will change to Metal Gear Solid and you have to sneak around the moron guards, but you ahve a lightsaber. I know right now a lot of you are thinking that an idea like this would completely ruin all three games and it would feel way too schitzophrenic to which I reply, SO WHAT? Now leave me alone because I have to fight Liquid in a lightsaber duel while skating in a race around Dogenzaka Hill.
An odd mixture of Persona and Okami. Extremely similar to persona, except add some variety to the dungeons like so it's not the same wallpaper plastered down every hallway. Except you can use your persona's skills outside of combat like how in okami you have to use your paintbrush to help people but instead your persona powers. Or just stupid extras like when you join the sports team have it be optional to have a minigame practice, but at competitions you have to play it. Also have the option to skip school and do other things (like train a persona's stat or rare items or something), but if the player picks it too often it has consequences.

well all know how..uncanny/unatural everything is in oblivion, well I think it would be cool to have a game exactally like that, so you play it for a while then your charahcter realises that somthings not quite right, that the world isnt quite real
it could be a real mind screw of a game, or be liek the matrix where they are trying to fight off the "programmers" the people who are in charge
basically what Im saying is using the bad AI in oblivion as a plot point/twist
