My dream job is quite simple, I want to work on creating Cinematics/Cut-scenes which could possibly fall under the catagory of special effects/landscape/character-creature design and animation for such things.
I want to be able to make my own film with its own universe and story, only thing that it will lack would be audio, which hopefully just by integrating music to fill in with my vision and concept art will give it some publicity and possibly some backing in the future for a official full length film....
or otherwise use my concept video as a resume for applying to a studio!

I would like to work at Borders or at some library or something. They seem like relaxed jobs in a quiet environment.

Game developer, I would like to get to be a creative director but im not quite sure how I would get to that point. Oh but recently I had the idea I should become a scientist and devote all my time into putting large caliber rifles into peoples arms... thats if I fail as a game developer.

To be away for weeks at a time will only make me appreciate what I have more.
I'll have alot of physical work that will keep me fit.
Peace of mind to know i'm so far away from the masses of assholes in my every day life.
I can pretend to be a Pirate with a certain degree of reason.
I might make in on Deadliest Catch
And I've always liked fish food.

Cop - Tough job - different every day - May get shit on and every one hates you - but the fact is someone has to do it
anything beter than i have right now, i mean i have a university degree and i pack boxes for a living in the stores dept of a factory. i studied game design technology for a reason and it seems like everything i learned is going to waste, i know that the chances of getting a job in the industry are small and i accept that but i have lots of computer based skills i repaired family computers dozens of times across the years so i could do tech support or something similar.
basically i'd just like the chance to get out of this rut i'm in, my CV is on every jobsite in this country and the only offer i have had was dodgy as anything.
so:
games tester (at least it would give me the chance to learn and see the industry from the inside)
tech support
building computers that kind of thing
if i was really dreaming then i be some kind of indie game/film maker i have loots of ideas for both unfortunatly i have to be realistic both about my skills and about what might actually happen.
really sorry for it being such a long post and such a downer but i guess the whole dream job thing kind of got me going a bit. again sorry
