what is your favorite apocalypse

prety much self explaining but what is it?
note that it can be an type (zombies for instance) or an apocalypse from an exsisting source (like movie or game) and that you liked watching/reading/playing not one you would like to happen...

mine is the "walking dead" comic book sereis' zombie apocalypse dou to details... (seriosly zombie fans dont skip this one its a must read in my standarts...)

Zombie apocalypse.

I'm boring, but I constantly shout things about the robot apocalypse when new technology comes out.

My favorite type would be the ones Max Brooks detailed. Slow, headshot only, unintelligent, one bite = zombification indefinitly.

Snail apocalypse. After every rain my front porch is just covered with snails. Like 50+...
They are just waiting for me to step out and then they will very very veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery slowly eat me. ;_;

creepy... but thats not an apocalypse if they dont destroy society unless theyll use your body as a nest and breed an entire army of super snails to kill us all!!!

I like the slow degeneration of human society, where the apocalypse takes place over several hundred years, gives plenty of time for survivor-colonies to develop and for stories to form.

nuclear holocaust created the zombies that were infected by the super virus, then thats when the metro hit and wiped everyone out, bring with it an alien super virus that did battle with the normal one in virus to virus combat, and then came the mole people...

Zombies would be the best to be surviving in. All resources are intact and free for you to take (depending on how many other survivors there are) and killing zombies would help relieve all the stress.
