Yu-Gi-Oh: The Abridged Series (the first, and the best)
Angry Video Game Nerd (Sure, you uses a lot of profanity, but he knows how to be funny doing it)
The Nostalgia Critic (OF COURSE!)
Linkara (HE IS A MAN!)
Ask That Guy (Crosses so many offense levels...it's like the South Park of the Internet)
The Spoony Experiment (Hey, if Yahtzee likes him, he has to be good)
El Goonish Shive (Because it has good fantasy storylines. Yes, I know it is a genderbender comic. Don't judge it just on that.)
Ctrl-Alt-Del (I like the storylines. So what?)

Order of The Stick. Surprised nobody's mentioned it. Makes fun of DnD, fantasy, and storytelling. What puts it above the rest, for me, is the great characterization. A group of 6, with only one comedic straight man, who himself gets a lot of jokes aswell. Compared to a lot of other webcomics where all the comedy revolves around one character. It's extremely trope [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/HomePage] heavy aswell.

VGcats used to be a favorite, but it's getting updated like once a month now.. fun times.

Zero Punctuation, obviously. I find other stuff on escapist pretty crappy, although unskippable manages to get a few laughs every once in a while.
