Fallout 3 GOTY but Saints Row 2 & Borderlands are pretty close behind.

Or did you mean ps3 exclusives?
In that case:
Valkyria Chronicles: it's an srpg/shooter (if that's what you can call it) that's just beautiful.
Warhawk: an older multiplayer shooter that's just fun.

Is Katamari Forever an exclusive? It's right up there.

Also try the demos for the Pixel Junk games, I love them.

My favourite would be Ratchet and Clank a Crack in Time. I definitely recommend it as it's about £20 or $30 depending on where you're from.

Also, Uncharted 2. One of the best adventure stories ever.

Valkyria Chronicles, easily. It was when playing that me that I realized how happy I was that I had invested in a PS3.

Other than that I also have a soft spot for Uncharted 2 and InFamous.

And then there is Demon's Souls, a game which I really love some days and really hate it on other days. Still, can't deny that it is a great game!
