Fiction has always been interesting for me. It allows the creator a chance to create something completely unique if they want to. There are so many great and believable places that have been made in fiction. So I ask you, what is your favorite fictional world or universe from any kind of media, be it a book, game, movie, etc. Note that this does include fake realities of Earths or places from Earth, like New Austin from Red Dead: Redemption or the various superhero realities that have in real cities.

Personally, I'd have to go with The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy's universe. Everything is so out there and random that I think it makes for an interesting place. One moment you could be hanging out with the twin-headed president of the Galaxy and the next traveling through time to go to Milliways.

Also, Rapture gets special mention as well, just because it looked amazing and believable in the games. There are more I could list with ease, like Bright Falls for it's realism and Mass Effect's reality with it's depth. But what is your favorite one?

The world of Spira from Final Fantasy X and X-2 has always had a special place in my heart. Whenever I think of it, I smile a little.

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann universe.
Bad: Kamina thinks that smashing two robots together will transform them.
Worse: The universe thinks this way as well.

Hetalia, cause it has the crackiness and the serious moments that you can play off of...allowing it to span multiple genres.

I want to go to Wonderland. It looks fascinating. Yet no matter how many times I follow the white rabbit, I never end up there.

The Lewis Carrol version, the Disney version, the Tim Burton version, or the weird European surreal version?

This or the Marvel Universe because knowing that place I would end up getting super powers from switching dimensions.

I like the world The Name of the Wind is based in. Alchemy and sympathy exist and work. Also naming.

Star Trek; exploring the galaxy, dramatic conflicts, incomprehensible technobabble, having deeply philosophical quarrels with aliens, meeting god-esque things, and the whole teachin' green women to love (an episode I have never seen incidentally)
