WIN! Although, this seems to be the making of a Snakes on a Plane type scenario. Who knows, perhaps your target lucks out and the raptors don't kill him, that's just sloppy.
Raptors with lasers, now that's a fool-proof plan.

I think I'd go for an Agent 47 style, custom sniper rifle, shot to the brain from a mile away.

Is there another in the works yet?

I'd lock off their apartment at night; then I deftly inject them with an industrial-grade hallucionogenic drug; and as the monsters dance before them and they beg for death, I pull out the blade and end the job.

If you have to do a job, make sure you enjoy it.

Hitman style, but with more mind-screw and playing on the target's paranoia. Then, when he least expects it...

...BOOM! Headshot.

Now, raptors with lasers, now that's a fool-proof plan.
Now that's just silly.
My apologies, clearly I've been spending too much time on Geekologie.

I'm the kind that would find ways of planting individuals with suicidal intent next to targets of opportunity they may pose as a bodyguard and then just blow the guy away... or break his neck in public before being silenced remotely via a tiny explosive cap surgically implanted next to their brain stem... of course i would never tell them that... i would give them hope of full immunity to the consequences and act as if they were my most important operative and i would never let them come across any such difficulty... heh... maybe that would make me more of a mastermind than an assassin outright... but meh I care not. for i do things in such ways that they are excessively... viscerally intuitive in their interpretation...

of course i guess it'd be more 47 style than creed style... if i only had those two to choose from... as he gets access to more... advanced gear.

Yea, I'm that kind of badass
its like a ninja turtle found something to replace his shell :O

ot: i probably would attempt to be the guy far away with a sniper

i say attempt because i would either miss or just take an arm off.

and all of us who played CoD4 know that losing an arm isnt enough to stop a mean russian guy QQ

Admittedly not the most subtle of assassins ever. I do get the job done though.

With fire.

There's a difference?

Willard from Apocalypse Now.

Edit: Assassinations are for political gain or to change a policy. Hits are for whatever: revenge, money, etc. So, killing a nation's leader in order to get troops out of Butt-fcukistan is an assassination. Hiring someone to kill your ex's new lover is a hit. A hit is definitely different from an assassination. I think for simplicity we should accept both types in this thread.

I'd be the sort of assassin that doesn't get caught by the cops, killed by other assassins, killed by guards, killed by dogs, killed by "accidental car crash" or the many other professional hazards facing a killer-for-hire today. My style would have to be that of a poisoner, I'm horribly short sighted and take to guns like a duck takes to archeology. Killing people has never seemed like a very glamorous job to me though, I'd retire as soon as I could.

That's not a custom sniper,that's just a standard Walther W2000 either in .308Winchester,300WinMAG and 7.5 Swiss.

How about Bob Lee Swagger or the White Feather?..now those were snipers.

No mention of snipers is correct without Simo Häyhä [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simo_Hayha]

That seems like a stupid way to snipe. For morality, I like the dexter way of killing. Those who do harm deserves harm. Eye for an eye. For style I'd go with the hitman (the game) as he seems very adaptable. I would probably remove that barcode from the back of my head though, might attract some suspicion.

It wouldnt work though. I hate violence in anything but fiction and my 3 years of aikido won't get me far.

They should make a COD game about that fellow. Amazing.

Sorry for the confusion, that is a Walther W2000, you just get a lot of customisation options for it in the game and to be honest, I just like the picture.

I can't picture myself as an assassin. I can however picture myself as a shadow lurker and feel that the personality and behavior of Garrett are quite like my own.

Either an assassins guild graduate (such as Pteppic) or a Claw or Talon (like Topper or Kalam Mekhar).

I fail to fallow your logic. I am sorry sensai
Horrible logic, I used the first two names I could think of

There's a difference?
Yes. Well, bad example since riddick isn't really a hitman, more a psycho.

What I mean is, Bond would kill someone, adjust his clothing, hide his gun and then apologise about the mess he's made to the hotel/cleaning staff on his way out. A hitman would most likely shoot everyone.

I like the Creed style. Fancy clothes and neat weapons. But seriously if im an assassin id just get the job ddone whatever the cost. Poison....bomb in the car...knife in ur throat. Whatever is needed. But i personally prefer more subtle ways of killing cuz its harder to track you down. I mean i can use a sniper sure. . . . but carrying a sniper around town aint exactly stealthy :D
