What kind of assassin would you be?

The "rogue" archetype of assassin appeals to me. I mean, it wouldn't have much place in the modern age, what with guns and advanced security systems in important places, but the idea of using stealth and subterfuge to get the job done is what I'd like.

I'd like to be the type that sneaks into well-protected areas and takes out the target before anybody knows what's going on. Or uses poisons, throwing knives and the like for a less direct, more low-tech approach. The James Bond idea of using technology and gadgets to get things done just doesn't appeal to me.

Note I'd "like" to be that type; I'm such a clumsy bastard that even if I did live in a day and age where that kind of assassin is relevant, I wouldn't get over the walls of the damn place without alerting the guards and getting myself killed...

I would definatly be like Ezio, i am not exaggerating at all ill tell it as i am, i am a bit below avg in height and blend in very well to a crowd (iv been to Venice), i am highly acrobatic and agile, ive gotten in trouble with venetian officials from climbing onto the rooftops but as ive said im easy to blend in, its amazing what a shirt in your backpack can get you out of,i am very much a sociopath, highly anti-social but i can converse with others for my own gain, ive driven people to suicide, i am definitely an assassin like Ezio

I always thought that with Assassin's Creed, you only had knives, so assassinations were much more difficult, required more skill and were more personal. With a gun, it's easy, so I'd try to use knives.

I would be the sneaky stealthy assassin who is miles away when his mark bites it. Poison them with an umbrella, shoot them from afar with a very small bullet so it feels like a mosquito bite and then they die due to lead poisoning. Why risk confrontation?

Sniping in today's world is the safest way to get a kill and make your escape. That's how I'd do it if I wanted to make a career out of hired killing or high-value targets. If I was after just the one kill to alter the cource of human history for all time, I'd go for a much more up close and personal kill with something like a stiletto or even a suicide bombing.

As an Assasin? I would have to be someone like 'Leon' . Quiet and keep to myself for the most part, but, I would prolly be a Sniper or long range specilist. Keep away from my target, harder to catch, harder to spot

I'd be neither. I wouldn't be doing direct kills, too. I'd say the right words at the right time to the right person, I'd make minor changes to scenery here or there, and then... accidents would happen.

The point of being an assassin is that you adapt to hunt your mark.

You can't just be one type of assassin.
