English, minimal French. I highly doubt I'll ever learn a new language though. Sparing any alien take over.

English and only English. Okay, I speak French to high school level which means I know a few basic words and that's it.

I have an excellent grasp of both Icelandic and English. I also know a smattering of Danish.

English as native, German to GSCE, Japanese to Uni level 1.

A bit rusty with the latter two, but I'm one of those people that picks it straight back up again with a few days of total immersion.

A bit off topic...but if there are any German girls in this thread over the age of 24, give me a shout.

What? They're amazingly attractive...

English (native). Used to be conversant in French, if not completely fluent but now I can only speak it haltingly. Used to be able to speak halting Russian but now all I can say is that "I studied Russian in school when I was 13-15 and now I am 33 and have forgotten a lot of words". Maybe a few other words and short phrases if I took the time to think about it. Also my grammar would be beyond terrible.

Fluent in English, Russian and Hebrew. Got a little bit of knowledge in French, but I abandoned that a while back due to a busy schedule. Hopefully I'll finish the job and learn more languages.

I am an Englishwoman, and I speak English (unsuprisingly) and French. I have also picked up a little German from my housemate who can speak fluent German as well as a coworker who is a native German.

British here.

And I speak English, Spanish, Japanese, A bit of American, but not much. And pidgin German.

I think my learning Spanish is a bit useless, I'd much rather of learned German for my GCSE's, but I had no choice in the matter. I also want to learn Mandarin. Because there's no harm in being prepared to negotiate with our future Chinese overlords.

I'm English, it's my mother tongue. I studied French, German, and Latin in school, then Russian at university (alongside bits of Czech, Italian, Spanish, and Japanese.)

I can only really speak French and Russian, aside from English, though I can understand a good deal of a great many languages, and certainly survive.

I speak three languages; English, Bad English, and Broken English. I would love to learn Russian, German, and/or some East Asian languages such as Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, Cantonese or Mandarin. I'd actually be pretty much happy to learn any new language...well, other than a Romance language.

English and Slovakian. Learning Spanish at the moment and being Canadian I've got the mandatory bit of French from high school.
