Also, as a side-note, I showed some of my less-stupid friends in school the Jimquisition Desensitized to Violence video(the one in which R.Budd Dwyer commits suicide) when they were stating that they "could easily kill another person"/if they had superpowers they would use them "to kill everyone"(I was concerned too), to prove that they couldn't and that the brain can separate fiction from reality.

I had made it clear that it was supposed to be treated seriously, yet they acted like ape-shit monkeys laughing and making jokes about the senator's death.

On of their responses was "but I don't want to be sad!" Fair enough, but why did you watch the fucking video even when I specifically stated that it is disturbing and supposed to be treated seriously.

The day that I was convinced that I am surrounded by fucking neanderthals in my school.

Thinking of how ONLY Christ will forgive my sins, and that when it comes to a wife it's unlikely I will ever be able to be completely honest with a woman and her still trust and love me.

Do you go to my technical school? One of my classmates is a bizarre sadsack who said more or less exactly this, because he doesn't realize that his past actions are actually not that horrifying.

No, though I am hoping to start going to a technical school this summer.

As far as saying this, it's because when put next to total acceptance love and grace no matter what we did, people fail in comparison. People are people, they are sinners and selfish and most people have standards far above themselves and are unwilling to trust or forgive others.

That being said I actually posted this here not because of how sad I am, but to tie in with the happy thread I posted in today.

While this was indeed my saddest thought of the day, I am not sad.

The love of the creator of the universe and our saviour Jesus Christ beats that of a woman...that being said I am guilty of sin in that I wish I would also have the love of a woman.

I start work at 4:30am. Only six more to go...

My girlfriend forgot our anniversary.

I have never understood how people can do that. Or Birthdays for that matter, you'd think you'd keep a note somewhere or something.

I said you were generalising. That is, making a sweeping statement while ignoring everything else. Like perhaps that there are many more instances of gamers being decent to female gamers than there are those that aren't. Your wording suggested a certain degree of victimisation or discrimination, that being a female gamer is not a pleasant experience due to the community.

You are looking at the minority of assholes while ignoring the majority of decent people who do not treat female gamers badly. You say that the community is a shit place for women when the majority of the time it isn't.

That is not to say that when people are assholes it's any better, but that doesn't change the fact what you said was a sweeping statement about the gaming community.

Failed both attempts at Citadel of Flames, path 1 in GW2.
It's the easiest dungeon in the game and only takes 20 minutes with a good party, but attracts so many idiots it's unbelievable.
The first time was a ragequit due to a shit team, mainly the 4-sig warrior didn't manage to stay alive for 1 sec.
The second time was a guardian afk'ing for 15 minutes. We decided to kick him and it turned out he was the group leader and we all got kicked out of the dungeon.

I don't stay angry for long. After a few minutes, I'm just sad.
