What makes a thread attractive?

Making a thread designed for discussion is good, giving it enough discussable content is better, and following it along it's life without de-railing it is best.

I think thread success is measured by wether or not Anarchemitis successfully resurrects it 6 months later.

Anarch is a very intelligent and sexy Necromancer, I'll give you that. Although I'm not sure if it's a mark of a good thread, or just a success as a forum thread. After all, the last thread I saw him do that to was "YouTube Videos," which while awesome, doesn't make for much of a discussion.

Although perhaps I'm thinking different levels of "attractive" than you guys, and probably am. Ah well.

I try not to post useless topics like 'What's better: Apple juice or Orange juice?'
Though that is an interesting thought.

Agreed about the apple juice, and I post in your topics NewClassic, I post in them and even if I don't I read them

I was joking about avoiding my topics. A sort of crack at my own topic's lack of discussion content. And yes, Go apple! (The juice, not the computer manufacturer.)
