Music and chocolate for light depression, sleep for more heavy stuff. And I think my avatar works too :D.

Watching videos of figure skaters falling down. It helped today after the Alt+Escape game frustrated me so much that I wanted to kill myself.

Shooting games cheer me up. GTA 3 kept me sane in Highschool, I'd come home and run over a hundred people and shoot the other hundred.

I listen to something that's hardcore or heavy.
It doesn't always make me happier, I just feel better.
Rise Against, System of a Down, etc...

Hey, I'm older than you (and most other people here)!

Either way, I don't think that we had that advert in the UK. We had all sorts of Euro-generic adverts instead - you know, the ones where if someone speaks it is just mouth movement and then they dub over in each country. Kinder was the most famous for these. If you like shockingly bad adverts, you should find some of these.

It's a joke good sir haha, I've been watching too much Dr. Ashens, that line stuck with me and I was waiting for an opportunity to use it, so sue me!

Me? I'm always tremendously cheered by the fact that I'll be dead one day, and nothing that troubles me now is going to matter. I'm not being ironic; I just really find solace in this knowledge.
I also find that manga helps.

Well, sometimes music helps me feel better. Or watching anime, perhaps.
Or reading, or playing video games.
Sometimes it doesn't work, though. So sometimes it kinda sucks to have Bipolar disorder...
Sometimes this song works, but not this time...

Watching a funny movie usually cheers me up. Or just basically anything that helps me get my mind off of the thing that's making me sad.
