It was a thought I was having earlier on today.

We all have little things about us that make us unique, something not necessarily completely unique in itself, but the ways in which we deal with it are unique.

For example I always have music on , wherever I go, no matter what I am doing with exception of work/ funerals I will always have music on.

That is how people identify me, because without constant music I wouldn't be me.

So my question to you escapists is this:

What aspect of your personality do you think defines you above all others?

It does not have to necessarily be more important than the others, but is more prominent most of the time.

Well, 60% of me is water. Oh personalities.

I don't know. Probably my pessimism (or as I like to call it, realism) because my outlook on everying is mostly bleak. T'is good though when I can work it into some dark humor.

Half the world tells me I'm expendable rubbish, the other half says I'm unique.

From my perspective, we're all assholes to some degree.

I think, therefore I am.

Wait, you mean what aspect of my personality makes me stand out?

I often get confused my what people put, I am offended quite easily, I find sticking up for myself hard, I occasionally burst into sing or Limerick, every now and again I whine out loud in complete depression (I haven't done this in a while, and when I did, instead of hate, people made me feel better) and I have a hatred for most business men and politicians.

Calumon: I'm a Digimon. Apparently that's... something.

I'm something rather solid and reliable, but also very absent-minded and often lost in thoughts. Apparently my style in clothing has usually been a bit unique.

This would be best answered by someone who knows me. I'm not quite so sure myself. Being depressed for couple years or so has had it toll, I'm afraid.

I'm very accepting. Like if someone told me they were on drugs or had rape fantasies or were racist, I dunno I wouldn't disown them. I'd try to help them and change that, but it wouldn't bother me too much. *shrug* I don't get bothered easily.

I guess my patience is what sets me apart. I'm not to quick to go off, I'm pretty introspective and open to a lot of ideas. But I can also come off as indecisive and cautious because of that. So while I may have a lot of ideas, you'll only see the "tip of the iceberg" so to speak because I am constantly editing myself.

I suppose I come off as stoic and rather dismissive of what goes on around me; people also tend to look my way because I often display an unusual combination of clothes and haircuts.

Those who do know me see me for what I am: An inconvertible cynic with a twisted sense of humor and a cauldron of boiling, undirected rage tempered with noble intentions.

A chipper façade. I'm always joking and being friendly, however I've grown to kind of hate it.

The fact that I feel more comfortable recieving any sort of abuse than giving it out.

The principles that I will defend to the bitter end but without pressing to hard.

My willingness to accept people for who they are regardless and always trying to like them at first and point the blame at myself.

Those things plus the narcissism, the growing contempt for those who think differently to me, the utter hatred of any sort of stupidity, the posing, the apathy and the FUCKING self-deprication.

well the biggest one for me is probably that I'm british (kinda, I was born in america but my parents lived over seas and they have accents yet I don't) so I get known just because my parents have accents

that and I listen to some really heavy music in a town where 99% of the people listen to country

personality: I'm really shy at 1st but once I'm known I'm damn funny

Apparently I am known among my friends for my love of music (especially Voltaire), that my favourite actor is Vincent D'Onofrio, and I am apparently the fountain of knowledge when it comes to chemistry and that I have a Yorkshire accent, which is a novelty, especially among my friends from the states.

I guess I'm quiet and not easy to notice in a crowd, but when people get to know me they like me most of the time?

My amazing ability to be obsessed with Doctor Who

And the ability to seek out threads that make it so easy for me to flaunt these pictures xD

Listen to music all the time, never really takes anything (with the exception of that person and love... Wait, that's essentially the same thing xD) seriously, is sarcastic a bit too often, knows a lot about all sorts of things and can be highly intelligent if I just feel like it, I do weird stuff all the time... And last, but not least, to everyone's big surprise, I DON'T CARE! It seems especially impossible to get that one short phrase into my mum's head, I think there's something seriously wrong in there...

Oh, and I LOOOOOVE hats. Trilby's, Fedoras and Homburg's are my favourites :D

I have a very relaxed, quiet, non-chalant manner about me, always.

It becomes very entertaining (or so I'm told) when I'm telling someone to get bent, too.
