What makes your head stop working?

Basically, I've been taking spanish at my school, and after a while in spanish mind, my mind just... Overflows, and stops working, like it's crawling up into a ball to hide as far away as it can but I can't get away from it because it's in my mind, there's nowhere to hide, nowhere to run, I'm corned but I can't run oh god can'thidecan'thidecan'thide *mental sobbing in the Fetal position*.
... Alright, not THAT bad, but still fairly badly. After spanish, my mind just flat-out refuses to do ANYTHING at all, though fortunately I have a fairly light history and biology class afterwards, so that brought to my mind the question:

What makes your mind break down to where it stops working right?

I usually have this problem after a good (by which I mean terrifyingly bad) McDonald's meal. I become ridiculously unresponsive and cannot complete many simple tasks for as much as an hour afterwards. Doing language or mathematical exercises would usually tax my brain more than other things and leave me feeling drained after a while. That sounds like nothing to worry aboot.

Examinations do it as well. They are the worst.

Okay. You see, it isn't technobabble or really technical things that halt the thinking process. It's something out of left field that just doesn't make any real sense at all - because it NEVER will - that has to call an abrupt halt for the cry of "WTF Mate?!".

Boobies & women in general... they are either confusing or captivating & sometimes a bit of both, but I still love them. Certain conversations with a cousin of mine make my brain hurt as well & night time sinus meds make me very zombie like if I don't give in & go to sleep.
