What next for Rock Hero?

First off, a note on the title. This thread is intended to be about both Guitar Hero and RockBand, thus, we shall refer to these games as simply "Rock Hero."

Anyway.

Seems like Rock Hero has a long time before it dies, and there is a LOT of possible music ripe for the picking. So I thought it would be interesting to see what we want on Rock Hero, either single songs or games dedicated to a specific band.

I would love to see a Radiohead Rock Hero, they seem like an excellent band for that purpose. Bass, drums, guitar, singing, nice medium difficulty, not to mention awesome songs. Surprisingly, I don't even think there have been any Radiohead songs on Rock Hero aside from Creep. For those that don't really listen to Radiohead, check out the song "Just" and tell me, in all honesty, if that would be a fun song to play.
I'm also curious, why no Led Zeppelin? I'm assuming copyright issues?

radiohead would be an awesome choice, acdc would be cool for the ausie and brit market at the least, but it would have to be bulked up by other bands so compensate for the basic(but highly effective and tight)nature of most of their songs once you get past the lead riff and solos, so maybe a call for an ausie band game, or genre games. hard rock would be great fun for guitar, but now as the game has evolved a prog game would be the killer, every part would be intricate and varied, while still being really solid and involving.

I'd like to have Rock Band 2 as a hub for everything Rock Band related, and if needed, they update the game like Valve would do.

I'm not liking the Idea that Rockband Beatles won't be compatible with RB2 in terms of the Game and DLC, so i hope in the future, they rather concentrate on bringing more Albums as DLC for RB2 instead of all these stand alone addons.

Still, i like the idea of LEGO Rockband as a plattform for younger players, so they can have thier Avril Lavigne and Jonas Brothers while that stays out of the "real" Rockband Catalogue.

As for Guitar Hero...i don't really know what to say, there are so many GH Games in development right know, and i can't really see what for...

... Actually, that's a bad idea. It should be Rock Band: Rolling Stones since Activision would wreck the note charts and turn it into a clumsy unintuitive pile of crap.

I'm not a fan of having a new game released every time... I like what GH5 is doing allowing you to mix and match instruments, but any new songs should just be DLC.

More Radiohead would be fan-friggin'-tastic. I would like to play 2 + 2 = 5 and The Bends. And 15 Step and Bones.

Jimmy Page doesn't like money.
After the success of Metallica I'm hoping Iron Maiden will get a proper game and I'd also like to see some Rainbow.
Sadly, I fear the compilation games will be all but a Jonas Brothers style tripe fest with piss poor tracks for the casual gamer.
Hopefully, we'll still get band specific releases which will be worth a damn.

Apparently there's going to be a DJ Hero...

In reguards to a Radiohead Hero. Haha. Could you imagine - they didn't want any of their albums on downloadable online stores because they didn't want people to download just one track and not listen to the whole album. And then Thom Yorke crying over having to sign autographs. Radiohead are one of the most pretentious, self-obsessed bands around.

My respect for RadioHeadd rose after they pissed of Hannah Montana by not really doing anything. I would love a RockBand:RadioHead,only other song they have on ther is My Iron Lung and dammit they need more. Also would kill for Rockband:Blue Oyster Cult, seeing as how there is nothing in terms of DLC for them. It would be fun to play Hot rails to Hell or Burning for you.
