What noises do you make compulsively?

Everyone makes noises when certain things come across them, like shock, misfortune or anger

A lot of people (I've noticed) make very individual, interesting noises. Do any of you? (If you don't know, just imagine a friend saying something stupid or being told you've lost your job/been expelled, what noise would you make instinctively?)

I know that when faced with exasperation, I say "Oy" as in "Oy Vey", and I say Ach a lot (because I like guttural Germanic/Arabic/Scottish noises)

I finish many sentences with 'or...' before trailing off, for instance if I am asking if someone wants to do something or...

The second option will be obvious because it is simply the inverse of the first, but my mouth says the 'or' before my brain realises it's unnecessary :p

Well... I just sigh.
A lot.
At almost anything.
*Sighs*
Indeed, I just compulsively sigh, instead of making any other random noise...

If I'm getting frustrated with something I will say "Growl" or "Rawr"
If I'm excited I go "yeee"

I occasionally growl, too. I got it from hanging around my dog too much. I basically snarl and make a quiet phlegmy noise (lovely) like I'm pretending to snore, only aggressively.

Also, from the same dog, I now yawn like a dog does (open mouth wide, stick out tounge half-way through yawn, squint)

"Bollocks" is probably my most used phrase.

My most used noise however, is possibly "Weeeey".

Compulsive facial tics have recently been getting at me actually. I keep feeling the urge to twitch the area around my left eye.
