Not sure if this is on-topic, but I'd like to see Baldur's Gate one and two with upgraded graphics, and swapping out the isometric camera with something closer to Dragon Age, or maybe Skyrim/Fallout (3/NV). Hell, an update like that might make me able to play Planescape: Torment without getting confused and bored.
Yes yes, I know, heresy and all that.

Though they aren't doing an engine overhaul, they are making an HD remake of Baldur's Gate I & II. You can pre-order it now on their site.

There honestly isn't a single game I like that I'm also so unsatisfied with their current looks that I think they need a remake of any kind. But then, I'm not as attached to things I like as most people, and graphics are the second least important thing to me in a video game.

Metal Gear Solid. It would be amazing with today's visuals and would be even better if they pretty much redid it from the beginning in the sense of making the gameplay more modernized. like more in the way of MGS 2, but without Raiden.

they did this already on the Gamecube

I don't think the Gamecube qualifies as "modern visuals".

I agree with the 'Arcanum recast in Fallout 3 engine' guy. I really want this.
I also want Breath of Fire 3 to get a re-release or remake.
Odin Sphere needs a remake that removes the slowdown problems during bosses.
Somebody needs to make an RPG like Star Ocean 2 again, that's full of exploitable elements.

My favorite game of all time, Arcanum. There's just no other game like it.

i have to disagree with the choice of updating the graphics, not that its a great game, but any graphical change would just ruin the game as the style used was as much of what made that game great as anything else.
