I was initially opposed to the concept of payed DLC, but I must admit I'm quite enjoying browsing the Playstation Store looking for the good stuff.

So, what DLC do you have installed, and was it worth it?

Here's my current list:

Red Faction Guerrila: Demons of the Badlands - Pretty cool prologue campaign. Good content, new weapons, but a bit overpriced.

Dante's Inferno: The Dark Forest- An interesting prologue level, but nothing special. And incredibly short. Certainly not worth the price.

Far Cry 2 Fortunes Pack- Cheap, and gives you a few interesting weapons to make up for the poor initial lineup. Gives you a definitive extra edge when starting a new campaign.

Valkyria Chronicles: All of them- Most definitelly worth it! The game and all the DLC make for one of the best PS3 experiences out there.

The Force Unleashed: Tattooine/Hoth- Very, very interesting levels expanding on the non-canon Dark Side ending of the game, playing out the original movies as they would've gone if Starkiller had killed Vader. Although a bit overpriced, they're excellent content for the money.

F.E.A.R. 2: Reborn- A relatively lenghty campaign and a very fun one, offering the side of the antagonist. A very good purchase.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Character pack- Gen One Starscream? Yes please! A whole bunch of new characters are more than worth the relatively cheap price.

Your choices and opinions?

knights of the nine.

That's it. And it came boxed because those faggots stopped selling it on their site. Yes I could have gone Direct2Drive but whatever.

I like it a lot.

I had all halo map packs before I got the ODST multiplayer disc. Its still gathering dust and i still think I wasted my money, but I want to give the Beta a chance.

I have some gears DLC as well, not the extra campaigns, hell no it got boring long before those came out.

I have Mass Effect 1 bring down the sky. Awesome download.

All DLC for Fallout 3.

Left for Dead 1 mini campaign.

And a bunch of Rockband songs.

All the DLC for Fallout 3, both DLC's for Saint's Row 2. Those are really the only two games I have that I want to play more of!

Well I bought everything for Castle Crasher (It's a fun game for 4 people to play when they come over).

I bought the Farcry 2 DLC and didn't really think it was worth it (didn't use the explosive crossbow enough, liked the silenced shotgun but liked sniping more, and the ornamental shotty isn't fast enough).

I bought the Crackdown DLC, I love that game it's senseless fun.

It isn't out yet but when The Passing for L4D2 comes out I'm going to be all over it.

I have all the DLC for Fallout 3, Mass Effect 1&2, and Dragon Age, and so far I haven't had any I thought was that bad.

Burn Zombie Burn, an eh game to myself

Sudoku and it's Easy pack, enjoyable for now, since it came with 500+ puzzles I can handle it

I'm considering asking for a PSN card as a gift soon so I can justify the new map pack in MW2...I'm not a big DLC guy...

Fallout 3 - ALL OF THEM (so basically I bought Fallout 3 again - only I got it as a gift the first time, so that's fine)

Rock Band 2 - Well over 200 songs.

Bioshock - The "Challenge Rooms"

Prince of Persia - The epilogue (so NOT worth it)

World at War - Map Packs 2 and 3

Dead Space - The black obsidian suit

LittleBigPlanet - The Metal Gear Solid and Pirates of the Caribbean level/costume kits, as well as some other various costumes.

I'm also planning on buying the extra sequences for Assassin's Creed 2 - the fact that I haven't got them yet puzzles me.

I refuse to buy 'DLCs', however I have a large library of game 'expansions' (the difference being that my $20-$40 gets me an entire extra campaign, not a handful of multiplayer tweaks that ruin the original game), my favourite of which is 'Bloodmoon' for The Eldar Scrolls 3.

I got all of the DLC for Fallout 3 and almost all of the DLC for Mass Effect 2, but that's because of the Cerberus Network.

They've been pretty worth it. Well, except for The Pitt DLC for Fallout 3. I thought it was the weakest DLC of that game. I mean it wasn't bad but it was still kinda weak in comparison to the others.

I got the character packs for Killing Floor...

And that's about it...

Didn't even pay for one of them... got one as a birthday present along with a 12 pack of Blue Moon from a friend.
Weirdest present combo ever...

The only DLC I have is some Rock Band songs for my Wii.

I finally have the gift card, so I should reeeally set up my PSN account already! Eh, I'll do it tomorrow...

Bring down the Sky and Pinnacle Station - Mass Effect
Battle of Forli and Bonfire of the Vanities (plus 3 Templar Bases) - Assassin's Creed 2

and really, that's about it.

Silent Hunter 4, I just had to get the U-Boat missions, not really for the expansion, but for the 1.5 patch allowing me to get all the thousands of awesome mods the guys at subsim.com pump out.

I don't think I've ever bought DLC, and I doubt I never will.
It annoys me that companies charge money for something that should, in all seriousness, have been included in the actual game.

Note that this does not apply to all DLC (obviously). I would gladly have paid for all the updates Valve have released for TF2 (as a whole package, mind).
