Try the Tomislav for heavy it is really cool.

And yea a lot of the vanilla stuff is better but some update stuff is cooler and vastly superior IMO. Like frontier justice.

The defaults. I don't think I've played enough to unlock anything. Or is it crafting now? I stopped really playing it back when they still gave you weapons for achievements and only had about half the packs out.

The pyro I have things for. But since I'm an airblast whore I stick with the regular flamethrower.

The Tomislav, or any Uber Update items, are severally overpriced, both in the official store and by the community. I found an Overdose a few hours ago and immediately got two trade requests for it.

EDIT: Also, the only perk to the Tomislav is its silent spin-up, which doesn't matter since the Heavy is so distinguishable in the battlefield.

Scout: Scattergun (Nothing beats this gun!)
Soldier: Direct Hit (More challenging as you actually have to aim)
Pyro: Degreaser (+ Axtinguisher = Pure Bliss)
Demoman: Sticky Launcher (Never liked that scottish resistance)
Heavy: The Iron Curtain (Although, I might try the tomislav if I can get my hands on it)
Engineer: Normal Shotgun (The frontier justice just won't work for me)
Medic: Syringe gun for healing, Blutsauger for battle medic time!
Sniper: Huntsman (I can't snipe at all)
Spy: Ambassador (Though I mainly don't use the revolver anyway)

Nah, it also starts shooting nearly instantly with it's faster spinup.

Anyway -

Scout - Scattergun (I do like the Soda Popper though)
Soldier - Rocket Launcher
Pyro - Degreaser (Favorite weapon in the game)
Demoman - Grenade Launcher
Heavy - Brass Beast
Engineer - Shotgun
Medic - Blutsauger
Sniper - Huntsman
Spy - Revolver

I do prefer most of the vanilla weapons better, I switch between the others regularly however.

You also start shooting immediaty which is really helpful and good for ambushing.

I also really want the heavy shotgun and soda popper

To be fair I regularly switch to different weapons to adapt to a certain situation, I'll use the Direct Hit if a sentry needs a quick take-down, par example.

That said:
Scout: Scattergun (Six shots beat two~)
Soldier: Rocket Launcher (Four shots beat three, and splash damage is nice)
Pyro: Flamethrower (ol' faithful, and it at least has an afterburn that medics can't outheal)
Demoman: Grenade launcher
Heavy: Sasha (WHO TOUCHED MY GUN? The original is still the best one for most situations.)
Engineer: Mostly shotgun, although I go for the Frontier Jutsice at times.
Medic: Syringe gun: If your team is any good you'll rarely have to fight yourself so the added health regen is more than welcome.
Sniper: To be fair I use Huntsman and Rifle near equally, the Huntsman is most fun but if there's some pesky sentry in the distance there's no solution like headshotting the engie and then bringing down his sentry with two charged shots.
Spy: Revolver, a grossly underappreciated weapon.

Dude really? The game is awesome. I've been playing forever and I've never boughten or traded a hat ever.

Just gotta play the game for fun and it is all the same as before.

I basically only play Engineer, or at least that's the only class I play seriously. As such, I rock the regular shotgun.

Or

To be more precise, A Strange Shotgun that I picked up earlier. As a rule of thumb I enjoy the Jag as a wrench but here lately I've been enjoying the Gunslinger for a more active playstyle.

The tomislav is extremely overpowered with its spin-up time reduction

Scout - Force-A-Nature
Soldier - Rocket Launcher/Direct Hit, depending on my mood.
Pyro - Degreaser
Demoman - Grenade Launcher
Heavy - Sasha
Engineer - Frontier Justice
Medic - Syringe Gun
Sniper - Rifle
Spy - Ambassador

I really only play Medic, Engineer, and Pyro. And Medic's Syringe Gun makes it easier to escape pursuing enemies than the other weapons for him do.

I love my Medigun. You could use a Kritzkrieg. I won't! This is REGULAR!

I may be changing it up since I got some of the new update stuff.

So far I've gotten:

Scout: New Shotgun (AWESOME)
Demoman: New Shield, Sword, Boots (Melee Demo is a fun change of pace)
Heavy: New Mini-gun and Shotgun (Both cool)
Soldier: New Boots (Hard to use, but basically turns you into mario)
Medic: New Medigun (I like having a lot of new playstyles for Medic, Also just got crossbow but that is old)
Pyro: New Flare Gun (AWESOME, much better than the old one IMO)
Engie: Sadly n/a
Spy: None (but I don't really care, even though it is my most played class, weapons arent cool enough)
Sniper: None (don't really care)

Man some of the new stuff is so cool.

Not in the case of the new shotgun. The Soda Popper is just awesome.

Scout: Scattergun
Demoman: default weps all the way through :S one of my favorite classes too
Heavy: Iron Curtain
Soldier: default rocket launcher
Medic: crossbow/syringe gun are tied
Pyro: Degreaser
Engie: if I'm using my big sentry the default shotgun, if mini sentries I use frontier
Spy: revolver
Sniper: Huntsman

it's kinda depressing after looking at how many default weps I use.

I'm so boring.

Scout: Scattergun

Pyro: Degreaser
Demoman: Grenade Launcher
Heavy: Sasha
Engineer: Shotgun
Medic: Syringe Gun
Sniper: Huntsman
Spy: Big Kill

Some of these might change with the new Uber Update items though. I just crafted the Enforcer, but I haven't had a chance to try it out yet since every game I join lately has at least two Spies on each team. I'm also really looking forward to trying the Tomislav, but I lack the necessary crafting ingredients and competition on the trading front is fierce.
