I don't. Why would I? It wouldn't mean what I meant if I did. If you get what I mean.

COCKLESHELLS!

Describing someone as a cockboggler usually elicits a laugh, too.

I know swearwords that are considerably more offensive than anything English has to offer. I just say something light and inoffensive like "cock-eating shitbag" or "************" when I feel the desire to say something worse.

I have a four-year-old stepbrother who likes to adopt my words and phrases.

Consequentially, I've gotten into the habit of saying "oh good heavens", "dear lord" and so on. I get some odd looks, but when the kid says "good heavens!" it's adorable, so I reckon it balances out.

I normally use feck instead of fuck.

But that's more a tribute to Greg The Grim Reaper than self-censorship.

I use "fuck", "shit" "fuck this shit" and "************" in public.
Noone really cares, so there's no real point bothering with replacements.

and any combinations of the above.

I have also called my brother a toaster a couple times. I got it from someone here on the Escapist.

I'm unapologetic in my swearing, so I don't use any replacement swear words, though the phrase I use the most in public is "son of a *****!" because, with four syllables, there's a wide variety of ways you can say the same thing, with varying levels of hatred for each one.

I sometimes use British or Firefly swears instead of their English counterparts.

What?
Sorry, meant "American". When I said "English" I guess I was thinking of the opposite of "Firefly" swears, not the opposite of "British".

I don't use "Replacement Cusswords" because pat of swearing is venting frustration. Saying "Darn!" or "Shoot!" doesn't do anything to make me feel less frustrated.
