It's a figure of speexh as far as the defensive thing I'm a NCO and when it comes to so called other dudes opinion and there little so called hater games jealous ass loser I don't care
Bluntly: I severely doubt that. You don't come off as someone who has been through basic training, much less earned the rank of sergeant, corporal or petty officer. You've got too much of a chip on your shoulder for that. Frankly, your conduct doesn't even feel like that of a working adult. Rather, you come off as an insecure teenager who either lacks the discipline to so much as make your posts coherent - never mind serve in the military - or is trying to provoke a response as a pretext for picking a 'fight'.

Never mind that this whole "so called hater games jealous ass loser I don't care" thing is just plain immature and ill-fitting the very uniform you claim. Consequentially, you claiming to be an NCO feels less like an honest statement and more as you putting on the old "internet tough guy" act: the speaker pretends to be military under the delusion that it will instantly make people more deferential to them. We see this again with you claiming - and I quote - "oh just fyi I was using forums before 56k so I probably know alot more than you morons do".

So let's review here:
Despite the near incoherence of your posts, you claim to have been using forums since before dial-up, pegging you as probably college age before 1996.
You claim to have kids older than us (so you're claiming to be what then? 50? 60? A lot of the folks here have casually mentioned their jobs over the years)
You claim to be an NCO, despite your conduct being - frankly - juvenile, undisciplined, and generally unbecoming of an officer.
You claim to be a certified Web Designer.
You claim to be a Centurion (Seriously, what? Most generously, that can be translated to you trying to claim to be the equivalent, but...well suffice it to say that someone with those chops wouldn't randomly invoke them to brag about them on a random internet forum)
You claim to be from royalty.
You claim that we should be 'in jail for internet harassment for making false claims' (Again, not a claim we'd expect of someone of the age you imply yourself to be)
You claim you're "so much smarter" than everyone here.
You claim that everyone here is "trying to ruin people's (your) prestige" and are just jealous of you.
And you continuously claim not to 'give a shit' despite evidently champing at the bit to cuss out anyone who so much as expresses confusion about the intent of your posts.

Yeah...reads very much like an "internet tough guy" making grandiose claims.

NCOs aren't immune from that. Paul Harrell had to make a long boring video about a serving US NCO who has a youtube channel that apparently decided that ranting about someone respected (such as Paul Harrell) was the way to get views. Like celebrity feuds, only the celeb is a guy who fires shotguns at homemade targets with a chronograph.

EDIT: Not to say that you're wrong in this case or anything.

... What's an NCO?
It varies by country, but in terms of the army this frequently means the ranks of corporal, sergeant and warrant officer (plus all their variations); lieutenants are therefore the first (lowest) commissioned officer rank.

THe math doesn't even make sense here, unless this is someone retired or discharged from the military. There are limits to how long you're allowed to stay in dependent on rank.

Spam Bots are generally more readable.

This is something worse.

I'd have to go with 1, still getting beep boop vibes. Reminds me of Microsoft's Tay "AI" (it was just a glorified chatbot.) Tay worked fairly well, building up a database of responses and getting better and better... until it found its way to places like 4chan. And within 24 hours it was the most toxic 12-year-old you've ever encountered.

I'm vaguely reminded of being an online game where one of the users was illiterately shit-talking and claimed to be doing a philosophy degree at Harvard. Unluckily for him, one of my friends also playing was doing a philosophy degree, and started asking questions about philosophers, to which every reply was copypasted from Wikipedia.

I used to be one. I still have no fucking clue what he's going on about. A vast majority of it was incoherent rambling.
I used to be in the armed forces cadets. It left me with a lasting belief that the military was definitely not the place for me, and a low opinion of NCOs. Although I appreciate the latter is unfair to real NCOs: these were cadet NCOs, which means immature teens who felt empowered to exercise their instincts for childhood bullying.
