what should bioshock 3 be about?

It got me thinking,should the bioshock series continue in rapture and introudces a new plot line(how rapture was created,why/how the plasmid caused rapture to crash down,the creation of big daddys and little sisters,etc etc.),a spinoff or a completely different thing like bioshock infinite.so what kind of approach you want bioshock 3 to take?

I would love a game that took place before the downfall of Rapture, but it ultimately wouldn't be that entertaining of game. That is, unless they changed the gameplay entirely. If it took a Heavy Rain... or MGS4... or something kind of approach, then it could work. However, I don't like any of those ideas. This is why I believe the next installment of Rapture, if there will in fact ever be one, should only be a movie or mini-series.
