What should I do about vomiting bug?

Okay, some context. I work in a supermarket that shall go nameless, and it includes its own restaurant, that I frequently eat at during my lunch hour, not every day, but most days. Yesterday, I had a dinner of rice, chicken curry and chips and nothing since then. About two hours ago, I woke up in the middle of the night (it's 2am at the time of writing) and I found myself passing the dinner back up. What I had passed up was clearly identifiable. Since then, I've been feeling a lot better, I don't feel like doing it again.
Basically, what should I do in the morning? How should I approach the situation? I'm concerned since I work at the supermarket. Should I talk to the restaurant manager out of sight of the other customers and go "Yo, your curry made me sick last night"?

Sounds like your basic case of food poisoning, especially since you felt better immediately after getting it out. You might just discreetly tell whoever's in charge of the restaurant that you got sick last night and are pretty sure it's what you ate. Bad chicken is not something any restaurant should be passing around.

If it happened just that once, it might either be the food, or your stomach just had a random problem. It happens. I would tell the cook/whoever you can tell about this, but not make a big issue of it.

I thought you had a pet bug and it was vomiting, which I found interesting because I didn't know if bugs can vomit.

Anyways I'd avoid the place, or complain and get a free dinner! Keep in mind if you do complain don't be a jerk about it.

You should probably tell the store owner that something is wrong with the food.
I'm pretty sure it's food poisoning.

Is food poisoning gotten over really that fast? I remember getting food poisoning once from a spinach dip, I was exploding from both ends for a week and a half, it was awful.

I think it usually does get over pretty quick, like within a day or so. I'm not sure what would cause it to stay for that long. Unless being in that condition just kept your stomach ill for a while. I would have definitely gone to the doctor on day three if I were you, lol.

I used to be a very stubborn individual. Did a few google searches, it looks like my sickness duration may not have been entirely abnormal. http://www.webmd.com/food-recipes/food-poisoning/understanding-food-poisoning-symptoms

Still not something I wish to ever go through again, I had lost close to 20 lbs. in a week and a half.

Huh, interesting. The more you know I guess, lol. Still, 20 pounds in a week? Crazy. You must have felt like you were dying o_o You must have been some stubborn mofo to not go to the hospital.

I was drinking water and eating apple sauce, it was pretty much the only thing I wouldn't toss up immediately, so long as I ate small amounts. So, probably less than a thousand calories a day. Alot of the weight loss was water weight though. I don't remember exactly why I didn't go in, but it was probably a combination of stubbornness, lethargy from sickness, and probably depression as well, I may have been going through an episode at the time.
