What should I do?

Sorry for burdening you with another romantic advice thread, escapists, but think I'm going to need a bit of help with this one.

Well, let's start with some backstory. I'm 20 years old and I've never been in a relationship or even kissed a girl (or a guy for that matter, but that doesn't bother me). Not that I haven't tried, mind you, I just don't seem to be attractive to girls, despite my efforts. This resulted in me being rejected twice by girls I really liked at the time (one of them being a close friend - yes I know). I didn't take this very well, being inexperienced and shy, so I kind of wallowed in this for quite a while.

But now I'm coming out of that, thanks to some parties that I've been invited recently (finally got the backbone to actually dance and get close to a girl for more than 1 second). With this, there's this girl, (who's sweet as caramel and cute to boot), that has always been there in the parties, since all the parties are either faculty sponsored or with my university friends (I'm studying Biology, if you want to know). We've partied together for while, but only recently I've gotten closer to her, up to the point that the last time we partied we danced together all night (I'm sorry if that sounds too much like a dudebro or some kind of horrible pop song). And after that, we shared a cab back home, while holding hands, because her hands were cold and mine were warm (>//<). So I've kind of developed a liiiittle crush on her.

So now, there's another party next friday. She's going, and me too... So my question is maybe a bit weaksauce or what have you, but still:

How can I, umm, proceed? What do you, adventureous escapists, think I should do to make my intentions clear?

Thanks in advance for reading this, and your contributions!

Ask if she wants to meet up outside of a party. Coffee or something like what you 20 somethings do.

Already did that, it went pretty well, but still nothing happening. We enjoyed it quite a lot, just getting to know each other and having fun after the coffee.

Well not knowing your culture/social background, it is hard to say what would be considered socially appropriate behavior. I am the complete opposite: female, literally always had a boyfriend/ date (longest I have been without male companionship since I was 5 was 3 weeks and that was by choice) so it would be hard to give advice on exactly what she would consider appropriate, however, I would have thought the next course of action is to ask her on an actual date. Now depending on her personality type, there are many different ways to go about it.
On the calmer side:
Like the same music? Go watch some bands
Likes nature? A picnic anywhere near a lake or beach is great, maybe bring some board games and have fun there.
medieval fan? Renaissance window shopping/ playing with costumes and props/ going to medieval times/Scarborough festivals museums ( whatever is available in your area)

More rowdy :
Four wheeling, paintball, snowboarding, jet skiing, dirt bike riding all were some of most fun on dates.

It completely depends on her personality type and interests. What does she enjoy doing?

I wouldn't call that "nothing happening". Go for another one, you know "Hey, I really had a good time the other day, so I thought we should have to do it again." There's no such thing as an achievement unlocking or stuff, these things just develop as they go.
