i'll do whatever i feel like at the time. just try and stop me. mwahahahahahahahahahaha!

from my understanding, that's what you're supposed to do in terms of class considering they aren't a set thing.

The highly racist Imperial with some heavy plate and a huge hammer. I aim to kill every lizard/tiger abomination I find

I always do Jack of all trades characters in TES. Sneak, Blade, Marksman, Destruction, Restoration and two other passive skills, like Block and Light Armor. IIRC, there's no major skills in Skyrim, but it'll probably turn out similar.
Oh, and Dark Elf. I fell in love with them in my third Oblivion walkthrough. I'll make my character a descendant of my Oblivion Dunmer.

Wait for a mod to add dual-wielding sheilds back in, then try and get as far as I can with that using shouts only. Mayble use kicking if its in, since its Arkane working on the combat it probably will have kicking.
Wait what they took out duel sheilds? thats bs

I can't decide probable a summoner or something

If I get Skyrim, I'll make a character as close to my Oblivion paladin as possible (that build was redguard, atronach birthsign & a custom class based around combat, with an emphasis on strength & either endurance or intellect, and the primaries are blade, block, heavy armor, armorer, alteration, restoration, and alchemy.

The Scholarly Barbarian
Smithing, One Handed, Alchemy, Light Armor, Lockpicking, Speech and Enchanting (Block as well if it can be done while dual wielding)

Use magic mostly to avoid combat and buff up my stats for combat. Dual Wield axe and mace to kill monsters I can't talk out of a fight. Probably Nord, Orc or Redguard depending of racial bonuses.

If I get Skyrim, I'll probably be a Nord or Imperial mage/knight hybrid. I don't particularly like stealth, so I'll probably just pool all of my points into offence, maybe some defence.

Human Ice Sculptor.

I saw that you can turn enemies into blocks of ice in the videos so block-of-ice spell in one hand, hammer in the other.

I'm going to be a Turtle. I will dual wield shields, wear plate armor and shield bash everything. However, if dual shielding isn't possible, I'll probably be a mage. Two spells seems fun.

Orc. An axe in every hand, and a foot in every ass. Possibly also heavy armor, and maybe illusion for the good ol' fashion "Surprise Orc!"

An Argonian assassin as usual. I'm going to try to dual wield daggers too. I'm going to play a raptor.
Clever Girl...

A Nord with a Sword/ axe and a hammer and I will name him Ymir after the Norse god
I'm going to picture and say that every time I get a sneak attack.
Wow I didn't think I would be ninjad on every single thing I planned to do with my Argonian, great minds think alike I guess

I think Ymir was a giant, not one of the Aesir. My norse mythology is a bit rusty though.

I'll probably go straight tank my first playthrough, and change it up as I go.
No your right, his blood is the oceans, the earth..his skull. The gods killed him and used his body to make our living world. All symbolic but I'm a pagan and can say that. Christians be good to learn that lesson of learning the message, not the literal words as they are just as silly
Sounds exactly like Yogg-Saron in WoW,

I like playing a character with decent melee and stealth, and enough magic to reinforce those, bit of a generalist. Most games dont let me do that very well though, so it'll be interesting to see if the new skill leveling system handles it.
Race wise, and without knowing what each race gets, i'll probably go with a wood elf. They're looking a lot more serious and tribal than they were before, like real hunters. Should fit the concept quite well.

Nnnnnnot really. Azeroth was created by the Titans and soon after that, the Old Gods (of which Yogg-Saron is one of five on Azeroth) arrived and implanted themselves into the planet, creating a symbiotic link with it such that killing the Old Gods would destroy the planet entirely so the Titans opted to neutralise and imprison the Old Gods in the hope of stopping their influence. Yogg-Saron's prison of Ulduar was shattered after his influence spread out to his guardians and watchers.
