What stereotypes are you guilty of?

I'm from Alberta and yeah pretty much that. I literally have to climb into my mudding truck. me and my brother skeet shoot, hunt, and bowhunt. despite loving large trucks guns and killing animals I am a liberal. Also I'm Canadian and I loooove playing hockey. this sounds like the mix for an FPS doug type. the kicker is i adore RPGs and think call of duty is an abortion in a green & white box.Drakane said:

I bought Starcraft 2 and no longer play it. Surprised? I also dislike Starcraft and Blizzard's games, the only Online FPS I play is the Global version and I like Dawn of War/Company of Heroes better. Oooooo

Is there some sort of stereotype I fit for being reclusive, quiet, introverted, reserved, yet fiercely loyal to that very small circle of people who have earned my trust and whom I've allowed to get close to me?
Right. That's not a stereotype...it's a diagnosis, the atypical autism (aka PDD-NOS) that was formally sussed out by a shrink when I was 18 and which I manage remarkably well provided I'm given enough time to recharge my batteries after too much time in the company of other humans not on the aforementioned "OK to get close" list.

Which is sadly true. I do speak like this, "Pahk the cah neah the Havahd yahd." Then again, almost everyone from this area does.

I'm pale(ish), extremely skinny (to the point where it's kinda gross), I game a ton, try not to leave the house if I can help it, live in my parents house (though not WITH them), I'm not in a relationship though I desperately want to be with somebody, I find Asian women beautiful (especially the Japanese), and I get easily depressed/slightly suicidal... Pretty sure that 'bout covers it.

Other than that, here are my other stereotypical Canadian quirks:
-I apologize a lot. (even for stuff I really don't need to)
-I overuse "Thank you," often inserting it several times into a single sentence.
-I injest more maple products then any sane person should. (Maple syrup, maple fudge, maple candies, etc.)

My attempt to carry out a childhood dream of looking like Qui-Gon Jinn (long brown hair + beard) seems to be fitting together with my current position in a folk music duet to present the hippie-folk musician stereotype.
I fit the classic Coloradan stereotype.
I love hiking, skiing, rafting and so forth; I know what a 14er is; I've walked barefoot in the snow plenty of times and I've eaten ice cream in a snowstorm (I had to wait for the bus); John Elway is king; I always pass you flatlanders whenever I drive on the interstate through Glenwood Canyon or just whenever there is snow; I know what Rocky Mountain Ousters are; I've been to timberline; and all the stuff about altitude.

Slacker is more of a description rather than a stereotype so that doesn't work and everything else doesn't really fit.
