1. Immortality, I think. Preferably of the sort that overlaps with invincibility, but perfect regeneration style is fine as well.
2. Demiurge. The ability to create ex-nihilo. This is absolutely critical in the extreme long run. Given the likely end of the universe, when everything has more or less burned out and you're left with an unbelievably huge, boring, frigid blackness with myself floating withing it, it would be very nice to be able to bring in new matter and energy that would prolong existence indefinitely.
3. Surpeme Mental Control. This would be useful against others, occasionally, but moreso myself. The ability to make myself more intelligent as needed to solve problems, to control my feelings and emotions would simplify life considerably. Mostly though, modification of memory. By installing mental "locks" that can be deactivated with pre-programed situations, I can lock away knowledge of my own abilities, allowing me to lead a normal life when I wish. The pre-programed situations would likely be something along the lines of "in grave danger" or "a situation my mundane skills are incapable of handling but is not particularly important". This also translates into a mental bullet time, allowing me to come up with plans, predictions etc. far faster than anything can reach me. Perfect memory as I want it is also good. Very versatile, although not so much as the 2nd power. Helps keep me sane while living forever.
4. Pseudo-Omniscience. To actually know everything and retain my mind MIGHT be possible with power 3, but I really don't WANT that. Sure, I like to be knowledgeable, but the occasional pleasant surprise would be nice. Thus, instead of being truly all-knowing, I'd prefer to have some means of learning what I want to know at any given moment.
I think that's about it. I like to think my eternity would be interesting.
