What superpower would you have?

Foresight.

You could be an excellent martial artist, knowing every move your opponent makes.

You'd be pretty hard to kill, knowing when a bullet is supposed to hit you.

You could make a fortune gambling/playing the lottery.

You could experience things before they happen. - Wanna take that girl home? Ok. Find out she's diseased/a nut job? Go back to when you met her and walk away.

And best of all you could try multiple combinations of chemicals/drugs to invent a cure for cancer or even an elixir for immortality, knowing if you will fail before you even start.

I should make a movie out of this and call it something relevant like... I dunno... 'Next'?

Any superpower? Then the ability to alter the universe to my will, changing events, people, rules of natures, I could even give myself other powers, I don't care if that's cheating it's what I want!

See, I used to say I'd want to control plants, but now I've been in a long distance relationship for four years, and I WANT TO TELEPORT. I don't care if I can't bring anything with me and I end up naked, a girl has needs.

X-ray vision. No prizes for guessing what I'd use it for.
Because you would obviously use it to set broken bones and analyze astronomical data.

Anyone guess what I would do with it?

I'd have to go with flying or telekinesis. Or both. Yes, both works, I choose both.

My go-to answer is usually telekinesis, but now I'm leaning more towards Deadpool's healing factor. That would be so useful. And hey, if I ever get cancer, I'll get spiffy yellow thought bubbles and the ability to break the fourth wall! Score!

Telepathy. I want to find out more about the thoughts and motivations of people around me.

Telekinesis would be perfect. You could fly by lifting yourself and, as long as you've got decent reflexes, you're fairly invulnerable.
I'd also love teleportation with no limits on distance. It's mean my need to leave the UK and move somewhere else wouldn't be an issue cos I can be anywhere all the time.

Can't decide, too many to pick from I guess it would either be energy manipulation or maybe time and space (like Hiro from Heroes).
Probably this. Minus that tacked on terminal illness, obviously. Or telekinesis.

I'm guessing the power to control electrons is cheating...
Or control over fundamental forces...

Those kinds of ideas come from ideas I had for a comic involving telekinetics controlling different things, and the main character was the most powerful because he played with Lego a lot as a child and realised, unlike the others, that their power comes from the pseudo-sceince explanation of their brain waves being able to escape their skull and change charges on nearby electrons. And since he knew this and played with Lego he had a lot of practise constructing things he can focus on indidivdual electrons and use pseudo-science knowledge to create fundamental forces...and fire lasers. And basically do anything scientifically possible with an extra advantage of it being fiction. Edit: Undoubtably not a very original concept.

If I really did have a superpower I think I'd rather just end up having it. Not choosing makes it more personal, and I'd prefer something less popular, or if results in a popular power has a peculiar explanation. This why my favourite powers have been things like Geass and Branches of Sin. A power that you can learn more about.

Ultimately a power over everything would be boring for me. I want my own niche.

I'd want Teleportation.

I'll never have to buy another car, which means no more car payments, no more auto insurance, no more maintenance, no more buying gas...

I'll never have to deal with the hassles of air travel if I want to go on vacation. Hell, I could just visit Italy if I wanted some real authentic Italian cuisine during my lunch break.

I don't have to waste an hour of each day on travel time to get to and from work.

Hell, I wouldn't even have to work anywhere near my home. Great employment opportunity for me on the other side of the country? Great! I can work there, and not even need to move!

Yeah... I want teleportation.

On topic: Matter Metamorphosis. Turn water into wine, levitate objects including yourself, shapeshift. Possibly even alter time if time is an element of matter. Matter Metamorphosis would probably be the ultimate super power, but would require a damn large knowledge of physics (You would be manipulating matter at both it's core and a collective. Here are some examples why this power IS all other powers:

?Levitation: Granted, your manipulating atoms.
?Invisibility: Would require some knowledge about warping photons, but could be possible.
?Create anything: Granted
?Breathe underwater/In vacuo: Convert CO2 and/or photons into O2. Naturally photons are not the same as the protons and neutrons we all know and love, but if Matter = Energy...
?Mind control: One of the hardest to do. Would require knowledge of how neurones would work and/or use suggestion to implant an idea. That or just freak everybody the hell out with your new tentacle hands.
?Teleportation: Limited by the speed of light, but hell, make a wormhole.

The ability to control gravity. I could fly, generate black-holes, alter space-time. I could use it to generate energy and solve the world's energy crisis. I could help further our efforts to explore and settle space. Scientifically, the research possibilities are endless as well as the applications (solar-flare shielding, wormholes, etc.) and the potential for things to go horribly wrong is mind-boggling.

Also, it's the ultimate defensive ability as I could neutralize or kill ANYTHING.

I have though about this a little bit since i do read a lot of Comic Books.
I thought flying would be a great 1 but i have never been that good at heights. Also it is dangerous and just because you can fly doesn't mean your strong and can fight.

I think if i could have a power it would be a healing factor like Deadpool or Wolverine. To be able to get shot in the head or heart then live. To lose a finger and have it grow back like Hawk can do from the DC Comics Hawk & Dove.

Anyway what would your superpower be?
.
To quote Kenny from SouthPark, "No, it's not cool! It fucking hurts!". A bad idea man, it would hurt like hell and you'll never get used to that feeling.
What would be my choice of a superpower? I would bend milk. So many applications! Misfits had taught me that I could become a superstar! ....if only I eliminate all of my competition. Cottage Cheese, anyone?
