That second pic is John Romeros (I think it is anyway) head at the end of level 30 in Doom 2. To answer your question I'd have to locate pics from this arcade game I played years and years ago. The game controls were kind of like turtles or rolling thunder I guess, side scroller with animal like characters although I think each of them were supposed to be an egyptian deity. It's two player and you can choose from one of three characters. A bird type with a staff ending in a half moon crescent, a pig who had a special move that dropped 1 ton weights down and someone else.

Anyway this one boss reappears I believe late in the game and when he's about to die his body explodes and you see a brain with eye stalks. It's seriously disgusting. Even now it makes me cringe a little.
