Okay so I have a big problem here, I'm trying to get the "N" off my license which stands for New License, it seems I need a certificate just to prove that I passed my drivers training (I have the license don't I??) but the place I went to for my driver's training has gone out of business! What the heck do I do now? Where do I get my certificate from?
