This stems from the old days when the jewish peoples were excellent planners and schemers, that could draw money from a stone. These days it's typically referred to when the "victim" has been beaten in such a way that they can't really comprehend how they lost, so they just assume they've been cheated without acknowledging their own stupidity.

It's a compliment disguised as a taunt, used by losers with feeble minds.

Whenever I say " You got jewed there. " means that what happened was a cheap shot or something similar.

No offense, but this is based on the seemingly global prejudice that jews are money efficient which relates to other things.
