It's simple (in my point of view) has there ever been a time in a game where something happens (weather you die or not). Or something/somebody is suddenly introduced half-way through that play a major role in the game.
In short has there ever been a moment leving you staring at your TV/computer screen saying "What the hell/heck/fuck or anything else of the sort.
At this moment I can only think of one but it's not that extreme.
In Army of Two I'm fighting people in a hanger on an aircraft carrier. I open the door to the nest hanger and find around thirty guys shooting at me. But that's not the "what the-" part. That comes when about five people start running straight at me as if suicide only to run right past me to shoot at my back.
To me that's a very poor excuse for a flank.
